There's a new app in Apple's iPhone store which features some of the best videos on easy weight loss recipes. It focuses on whole foods, including how to make tasty raw salads, how to make quick fish dishes, easy bean dish recipes and other yummy healthy foods like chicken salad, brown rice salad, hummus, fried tofu, etc. These meals are filling, very healthy and promote weight loss.
